This class is designed to provide a full-body workout that focuses on improving core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall physical fitness. 

If you are new to reformer Pilates then please attend at least 5 Slow Glö-Flo classes before atte

Once you have mastered the foundations of the Reformer, try our Inter Glö-Flo class!

Join us for a Cardio Jump Reformer class. This 50 minute challenge will raise your heart rate and challenge your cardiovascular fitness. Expect upbeat music and lots of fun.
