Olivia

Olivia is a trained STOTT Reformer Pilates instructor who believes pilates is for everyone. Her passion for movement extends to different forms of fitness, and if she’s not on the reformer you can find her weight-training, going on a long walk or taking a hot yoga class. Having lived in North America, Olivia takes inspiration from her favourite studios there - expect to leave with a good workout & a smile!

Gabbie

Gabbie is a knowledgeable, intuitive Reformer Pilates instructor and sports massage therapist who combines movement insight, body awareness, and hands-on experience to shape the way she teaches. With a background as a national-level gymnast, she developed deep discipline, a love for technique, and a strong understanding of what the body is capable of — values that continue to guide her approach today.

Passionate about helping people move well, feel strong, and reach their personal goals, Gabbie focuses on functional movement, good form, and building a strong mind–body connection. In her sessions, she encourages clients to slow down, be present, tune into how they feel, and use breathwork to support and enhance their movement.

Her classes are designed to be warm, inclusive, and empowering — a space where people feel supported yet challenged in a purposeful way. Gabbie hopes everyone leaves feeling more aligned, more connected, and more confident in their body.

Flora

Flora will be joining as a STOTT PILATES trained Reformer Instructor and is currently also working towards her Mat Instructor qualification. With a Master’s degree in Applied Medical Science, she brings a strong understanding of the body and movement to her teaching.

She has been practicing yoga, pilates, and reformer for 6 years now, initially to counteract the effects of long hours at a desk. Pilates plays a key role in improving her posture and body awareness, and this personal experience inspired her to pursue teaching and share its benefits with others.

In her Reformer classes, Flora focuses on creating a safe and effective practice for all clients. She emphasizes breath and movement coordination, developing body awareness, and gradually building core strength to support balanced, functional movement.

Her love of movement and fitness

started at a young age in her school years where she used to have a love for running and weight related fitness. She has been attending Mat Pilates Classes for over ten years now due to a lower back injury and has never looked back.

In her spare time she loves to be outside in nature, spend time by the sea, see her family and friends & travel as much as she can.

Alongside being a Pilates Teacher, Keighley is a Reiki Practitioner and Holistic Therapist.
