Pilates got my attention after I gave birth to my son and I’ve tried to restore my body’s original state but in a healthy way, considering my joints and my overall health. Since then I have ‘stuck’ with Pilates.

started at a young age in her school years where she used to have a love for running and weight related fitness. She has been attending Mat Pilates Classes for over ten years now due to a lower back injury and has never looked back.
In her spare time she loves to be outside in nature, spend time by the sea, see her family and friends & travel as much as she can.
Alongside being a Pilates Teacher, Keighley is a Reiki Practitioner and Holistic Therapist.
Meet Ella! Ella or 'El' is a warm and welcoming Pilates instructor with a background in Ballroom and Latin American dance, providing her with a strong foundation in movement and rhythm. Her journey into the world of fitness began with a love for high-intensity interval training (HIIT), where she became enamoured with the impact it had.

Her journey into the world of fitness began with a love for high-intensity interval training (HIIT), where she became enamoured with the impact it had.
Following a setback due to an operation, Ella turned to Pilates to help her rebuild her confidence and overall fitness, and soon after naturally fell in love with Dynamic Pilates with it's high intensity nature. Ella is a Dynamic Reformer Instructor, with STOTT Pilates training behind her too, which lends a unique blend of experience, expertise, and enthusiasm to her classes, guiding her clients towards building stamina through cardio/endurance, strength, and flexibility.
Meet Grace! I first fell in love with Pilates while I was working a corporate 9-5 job, the mental and physical benefits of Pilates got me hooked! 2 years on I made the decision to leave my corporate job and retrained as a Pilates Teacher.
I love the fun that a Reformer class can bring, I make sure in all my classes that my clients leave feeling stronger, more lengthened and most of all happy!
Meet Dawn! After finding reformer and loving it nearly as much as chocolate, Dawn decided to train with STOTT in mat and reformer.
She can’t wait to create classes which challenge and benefit the body and mind, building strength and control to a banging playlist along the way.
Meet Harpreet! After being diagnosed with Endometriosis and a knee injury, I wanted to find a form of exercise that was low impact and enjoyable. That is when I came across reformer Pilates and fell in love! I would go nearly everyday until I decided that I wanted to take the leap and start a career in something I am passionate about.

I am qualified in mat, reformer and pre/post natal Pilates. I now love to teach Pilates to allow others to find hope that your body’s abilities are not limited to your conditions.
