Meet Andrea! Andrea believes that living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. Andrea practiced rhythmic gymnastics on a national competition level and ballet since early childhood. Followed by aerobics in the 90`s, Andrea later joined a volleyball team for fun.

Pilates got her attention after she gave birth 

Meet Andrea! Andrea believes that living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. Andrea practiced rhythmic gymnastics on a national competition level and ballet since early childhood. Followed by aerobics in the 90`s, Andrea later joined a volleyball team for fun.

Pilates got her attention after she gave birth to her son, when she wanted to restore her body’s original state but in a healthy way, considering her joints and overall health. Since then Andrea has ‘stuck’ with Pilates. 


Andreas says that the benefits of Pilates are evident; increased muscle tone, improved posture, flexibility, helping with stress management and relaxation.

Meet Ella! Ella or 'El' is a warm and welcoming Pilates instructor with a background in Ballroom and Latin American dance, providing her with a strong foundation in movement and rhythm. Her journey into the world of fitness began with a love for high-intensity interval training (HIIT), where she became enamoured with the impact it had.

Meet Ella! Ella or 'El' is a warm and welcoming Pilates instructor with a background in Ballroom and Latin American dance, providing her with a strong foundation in movement and rhythm. Her journey into the world of fitness began with a love for high-intensity interval training (HIIT), where she became enamoured with the impact it had. 

Following a setback due to an operation, Ella turned to Pilates to help her rebuild her confidence and overall fitness, and soon after naturally fell in love with Dynamic Pilates with it's high intensity nature. Ella is a Dynamic Reformer Instructor, with STOTT Pilates training behind her too, which lends a unique blend of experience, expertise, and enthusiasm to her classes, guiding her clients towards building stamina through cardio/endurance, strength, and flexibility.

Meet Gemma! Gemma's love of movement began in her teens and for her, Pilates has always delivered results. Gemma trained as a mat Pilates instructor before completing her BSc in Nutrition, Health & Fitness. After many years of teaching mat Pilates around London, Gemma completed her first reformer Pilates training with Lisa Bradshaw in Cob

Gemma trained as a mat Pilates instructor before completing her BSc in Nutrition, Health & Fitness. After many years of teaching mat Pilates around London, Gemma completed her first reformer Pilates training with Lisa Bradshaw in Cobham and more recently certified in the classical STOTT method in Windsor. 

Gemma has always championed the physical and mental benefits of movement and  loves sharing this passion to help clients feel strong and balanced.  

When She's not teaching Pilates, Gemma is active outside watching the seasons change or cozy at home - most often shopping for active wear 😉.

Gurpreet's goal is to help every client feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies, no matter their age or ability.

Her love of movement and fitness

started at a young age in her school years where she used to have a love for running and weight related fitness. She has been attending Mat Pilates Classes for over ten years now due to a lower back injury and has never looked back.

In her spare time she loves to be outside in nature, spend time by the sea, see her family and friends & travel as much as she can.

Alongside being a Pilates Teacher, Keighley is a Reiki Practitioner and Holistic Therapist.
